Gigi is a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor (LPC-S), a Registered and Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) in the State of Texas. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Houston Baptist University and a Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Eastern Virginia Medical School.
She has more than ten years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their parents in the community and schools of the greater Houston, Katy, & Richmond area. She specializes in self- esteem building, panic attacks, and trauma work. She enjoys working with pre teens (8-12) to build self-confidence and to face social fears. Gigi has training in a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches, in order to personalize treatment to fit the individual needs of each client.
Gigi is a Bilingual counselor, fluent in English and Spanish.
She maintains a private practice in Richmond, Tx. accessible to the West Houston area.

Soy Licenciada en Consejería Profesional - Supervisora (LPC-S) de salud mental y Registrada y Certificada por la Junta como Terapeuta de Arte Expresiva (ATR-BC) en el estado de Texas.
Tengo experiencia trabajando con niños y adolescentes en las comunidades y escuelas de Houston. Me gusta trabajar con pre-adolescentes (8-12 años) a fortalecer seguridad en si mismo para enfrentar cambios sociales. Especializo en ansiedad, ataques de panico, depresion, y experiencias de traumas, que incluye abuso, accidentes, y/o ser testigo de un evento traumatico.
Tengo entrenamiento en una variedad de psicoterapias que me permite personalizar el tratamiento del niño/adolescente, de acuerdo a sus necesidades.
Soy Bilingüe en Ingles y Español con fluidez.
Tengo la satisfacción de trabajar con una comunidad diversa y mantengo mi practica privada en Richmond, Tx. cerca al Oeste de Houston.
