Let’s connect
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and it's completely normal to have questions before getting started.
Whether you're looking for art therapy services for your child, support as a young adult, professional mentorship, or information about workshops and presentations, I'd be happy to learn more about your needs and explore how I can help.
My goal is to make the process feel welcoming, supportive, and straightforward from the very beginning.

Contact me for a free 15 minute phone consultation.

What to expect
The first step is scheduling a 15min consultation where we'll discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether my services are the right fit for you or your family.
Together, we'll explore:
-
What challenges you're currently facing
-
What support you're looking for
-
Questions about art therapy or counseling
-
Scheduling and availability
-
Required Documentation & next steps
Finding the right therapist is important, and I'm committed to helping you feel informed and comfortable throughout the process.
