CREATIVE SUPPORT FOR children, teens & young adults THROUGH ART THERAPY
Helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges through creativity, connection, and compassionate care. Through art therapy and counseling, we create opportunities for self-expression, emotional growth, and meaningful connection without the pressure of finding the "right words."

As a parent, watching your child struggle can feel overwhelming.
You want to support them, but sometimes it's difficult to know where to start. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, life transitions, or simply needs a safe space to express themselves, art therapy can provide a meaningful path forward. Through a thoughtful blend of creativity and counseling, I help children, teens, and young adults build confidence, process emotions, and strengthen the skills they need to thrive.
My goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive space where children, teens, and young adults can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that feels natural to them.
Every individual deserves to feel seen, understood, and supported. Together, we'll build on strengths, foster resilience, and create a path forward that feels aligned with your unique needs.
